 Dragon NaturallySpeaking® Professional Solutions speech recognition software is a powerful productivity tool that enables corporate and professional users to work faster and more efficiently.
Speak, and your words appear on screen and in letters, spreadsheets, and forms. Dictate memos, reports, and other documents; enter data; fill-in forms; send e-mail; and work on the Web-all by voice!
Perform complex tasks on your computer with a spoken word or phrase, customize your vocabulary and commands to match your workflow, listen to incoming e-mail and documents read aloud, and much more. Create your own documents on the spot or send your recorded dictation to be transcribed elsewhere. Dictate directly into a PC, Pocket PC, or an approved Recorder for personal or third-party transcription.

Managers and other professionals can use Dragon NaturallySpeaking® software to perform more work and produce more documents with less administrative support. Even individuals with poor keyboarding skills can become top producers. Also, those performing complex or repetitive tasks on personal computers—such as data entry, order intake, customer service, technical support, and claims reports—are frequently Dragon NaturallySpeaking® software users. Mobile workers who wish to maintain productivity while away from the office also use the software. E-voice recommends the following System Requirements for Dragon NaturallySpeaking® Professional Solution Version 9 • Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® XP (SP1 or higher) Home and Professional, Millennium, 2000 (SP4 or higher) • Processor: Recommended 1GHz Intel® Pentium® processor or better. (or equivalent AMD® processor)) • Memory: 1GB+ RAM depending on your applications. • Hard Disk Space: 500 MB free disk space (includes space for your voice file(s)) • Audio System: Creative® Sound Blaster® 16 or equivalent sound card capable of 16-bit recording (to plug microphone into) or USB microphone (purchased separately) • Microsoft Internet Explorer v5 or higher for viewing help files (free download available at www.microsoft.com) • CD-ROM drive (required for installation) • Speakers to hear tutorial, dictation playback, etc. • A Web connection is required for activation. • A Certified Microphone, we recommend the Plantronics 400.
